I am a proud member of the Big Girl Club. We say things to our parents like "I'm pretending to be 5", because we want to be clear that we are not babies any more. We do awesome things like conquer the grown-up swing, scoot across the high bar like an Olympic gymnast,
charm our baby brothers,
and take our diapered babies on an "airplane ride" complete with beaded seat belts.
Lately I am obsessed with earrings, asking Dad when I can get them (he says 18yrs), and asking Mom when she's going to give me hers. Sometimes they think I am a 13 year old stuck in a 3 year old body.
