Big Girl Table

Look what Santa sent (Thank you Marmee and Poppy!). I LOVE IT! There are 4 chairs, all different colors, and I like to take turns sitting in each one. I also rotate my Elmo and baby dolls in the seats during tea parties. It's perfect for coloring (my all time favorite activity), and standing up (Mom and Dad flip out when I do that). We originally planned to move it down to the playroom, but I love it so much that it is still sitting in the middle of the den! P.S. Dad wanted to thank Marmee and Poppy for the opportunity to put the set together :). He is going to be a good Santa's Helper for many years to come!

The Aquarium

This weekend we decided to take a trip to the aquarium!
I had a blast looking at all of the fish and animals.
Mom and Dad were entertained by laughing at my new spunk.
Dad and I took turns pretending to be hermit crabs. We were supposed to see Santa's scuba-diving Elves feed the fish, but Mom got the dates wrong... Maybe next year!

Decorating

I've been helping my parents decorate for Christmas... My favorite part was setting up the Nativity Scene. I also directed Mom on how to hang the garland and where to put the tree ornaments.

My Friend

This is my new buddy! He is soft and snuggly...
He lets me relax on him,
and he's very patient when I dress him up with ribbon.
I love him.

Happy Thanksgiving!

There are so many things to be thankful for today! My good health, my awesome family, my teachers at school, my sweet dogs, and my favorite blanket are a few things on the top of my list.
Last Thanksgiving was the first day in my hip brace. This year I am especially thankful for my healthy hips!
We spent the day cooking... Mom roasted a turkey and Dad smoked some ribs. Then our friends came over and we had dinner before the Texas game.
For the seventh year in a row, Dad's homemade apple pie was the star of the meal. Yum!

Happy and You Know It

On The Phone

I love to talk on Mom's phone. Usually I put it to my ear and say: "Eh-yo? Hay!". This video is me having a "conversation". Mom says the end is the funny part!

Icky

If you think I look rough, you should see my parents. We just survived my crazy high fever for 4 days. All of my tests were negative at the doctor's office yesterday (ouch!), so Mom said I still have to get the swine flu vaccine next week. On the bright side, I am getting great TLC from Mom and Dad!

Kleenex Party

Look who can reach into the top drawer...
Mom was so amused that she quietly let me explore in my room. I emptied the Kleenex box and pulled the cotton off all of the Q-tips.
Mom says that we are going to work on The Clean Up Game next.

Night Night Baby

When it's naptime at school, my teacher pats my bottom and says "night night" until I go to sleep. Mom caught me helping my baby take a nap today...

Happy Halloween!

Kitty cat! Mom and I dressed up as cats and I LOVED the makeup! I kept looking in the mirror and saying "more" for Mom to paint on my whiskers.
Maggie and Moxie were a ladybug and cow- I think they only tolerated the costumes for my benefit.
Dad dressed up as one of 3 possible things: a cowboy, a Longhorn, or Spencer Pratt, depending on your perspective.
We had lots of fun outside with our neighbors, settling in to wait for trick-or-treaters!

The Park

Mom wanted to get a few cute pictures of me sitting in the pumpkin patch, but I had different ideas...
I wanted to play!
Maybe next year I will pose with the pumpkins for Mom.

Climber

This week I decided to pull everything out of my toy shelf and climb inside.
Getting down is not so easy, so Mom and Dad have to supervise. No problem, I could stay in here all day!
