Wow, nobody told me that being a first grader meant amazing changes could happen in one short day. I went to school one morning like normal, and came home with this awesome face! My third lost tooth- and this time I pulled it out all by myself!
Mom and Dad are starting to panic at how fast I'm growing these days. It was just six years ago when this picture was taken.
And now look how much has changed! They want to freeze me right now, because 6 is the best age, ever.
This has been a busy (good) early Fall, which explains why Mom is behind on the blog. Dad and Papa did a boys trip to the Baseball Hall of Fame.
They had a good time, and Dad found some more old pictures at Nana and Papa's house. This one of Dad and Aunt Julie is a favorite because it looks exactly like little Kalyn and little Kelsey (with bowl cut). We still laugh at how Julie's life as a firstborn is well documented with pictures, but life got busy with baby #2 (Dad) and #3 (Aunt Joy Joy), so the pictures are few and far between. Mom totally understands that now- like how my early days are captured in beautiful sunlight as she followed me around the playground for hours with a nice camera, but Ryan's life is a series of random snapshots she grabs on the iphone!
Now that Mom has finished studying for her board recertification exam and can forget about that for another ten years, she is re-committed to the blog. Right after she finishes Ebola preparedness training!
