Our big family trip this year was an adventure through Arizona.
First stop was a resort with a cool water park.
This area of Arizona is a hot brown desert with cool cactuses.
We stayed a couple of days, then hit the road, heading north to the Grand Canyon.
One of our favorite spots was a zoo on Route 66.
We met a turkey who fell in love with Ryan.
Then we fell in love with a peacock, who followed us through the park.
We think he knows our old neighborhood peacock friend.
