Double Digits. This was the birthday that made my parents feel old.
I'm a big girl now, ready for my first concert!
Mom and Dad took me on a date for my birthday on a beautiful sunny night.
They said they are so proud of me, especially this spring. I completed my first 5K, despite the fact that I. HATE. RUNNING.
Girls On The Run is a terrific organization, they do afterschool training groups. The coaches are awesome.
But I. HATE. RUNNING.
Hate this.
Hate this so much.
How much farther?
Hated it.
Never doing another race as long as I live.
I do like tennis, and loved taking lessons this year. Nana Mugs was a wicked awesome player, so we think maybe I got her tennis skills.
Unfortunately, I still got Mom's clumsy skills. And sometimes I trip over air.
I finally forgave Mom for making me run, and let her bring me lunch to school for my birthday. Mom thought I would want Jimmy John's or Subway...
I'm such a big girl now.
Mom took this picture to stress me out because I have a crush on the boy behind me.
I'm finally losing more teeth this year, bringing me one step closer to braces!
The Tooth Fairy is still good to me. She brings fun money, like $2 bills, gold dollar coins, and Irish half-pennies.
Being 10 feels pretty great!
